Transformational Breath® is taught as a powerful self- help tool, by fully trained facilitators whose intention is to give each person an understanding of how they can work with their own breath on an on-going basis to create personal transformation. It can be used to great effect either on its own, or in combination with other types of healing / treatment.
Transformational Breath® utilizes gentle forms of conscious breathing, hands on/ body mapping, positive affirmations, toning and life coaching. This combined with a skilled facilitator creates a safe yet powerful non-ordinary state of consciousness within which emotional healing and psychological transformation is dramatically advanced.
Our underlying principle simply this: The root cause of all self-limiting patterns, phobias, chronic depression, and addictions are un-integrated feelings. Un-felt emotions never die; they are only buried in the subconscious and eventually manifest in both emotional and physical disease. Un-integrated feelings separate us from our spiritual wholeness and the joyful aliveness that we were born to live. Many of us have subconscious, unprocessed feelings and behaviour patterns dating back to the pre-verbal years of our childhoods. These un-integrated feelings rob us of the peace and aliveness that we seek.
