Reclaim your Breath weekend
This is a weekend to rejuvenate and connect with your breath in a special way exploring ways in which to declutter the mind and free the spirit. The weekend offers at least 4 facilitated sessions, a swim in the ocean and a warm heartfelt reconnection with your inner self. The event will take place in Mombasa Cherry Beach.
21st to 27th November 2022
Level 4B
This is the second part of the Transformational Breath facilitator training, after successful completion of the personal training level/ or seminar week levels 1,2 and 3 and working diligently on Level 4A one is now ready to go further with the training before certification. This event will take place in Karen at Mary Ward center Nairobi
12th to 17th December 2022
Seminar week.
This is a six days long personal training Level. This will take place from 12th to 17th December 2022 at cherry beach Mombasa.
